1. hon 7700 series
 pros : 
  1. thick butt support
  2. can lower itself to a very low position, i'm 5'6 tall and i 
   lower hon 7700 to the lowest position.
   so my feet are on the ground, can raise my kneecaps to 
   decrease pressure on harmstring muscle sometimes during sitting.
 cons : 
 experience : 
  i sit on hon 7700 series, daily, duration 3 hours usually.
  hon 7700 is my chair at home.
2. steelcase - criterion
 pros : 
 cons : 
  1. butt support is thinner than hon 7700 series, so maybe
     butt support start to feel like hard stone after sitting for
     2 hours.
  2. i forgot whether this steelcase - criterion can lower itself
   to as low as hon 7700 series
 experience : 
  i used to sit on steelcase - criterion in my previous workplace,
  iowa state uni, duration 1 hour usually
3. herman miller - aeron 
 pros : 
 cons : 
  1. butt support has many air holes, can cause air to enter
     butt hole, causes bloated stomach.
     i wore khaki pants and i felt cold air in my butt area.
  2. spine support (lumbar support) is not comfortable,
   spine feel tired fast.
 experience : 
  i used to sit on herman miller - aeron in my previous workplace,
